Ask what you would like your site to accomplish. Prepare a mission
statement and stick to it. Using pencil and paper prepare your site
layout. This will show how you would like everything laid out and
linked together. I think it's best to use a flow chart style layout.
Next start planning the individual pages. Your home page should be first.
Lay out where you would like to place tables, graphics, links, text, headings,
etc. This will be the outline used when the coding / design process is
started.
